前反對派立法會議員林卓廷、郭家麒、尹兆堅及胡志偉等人，涉嫌於2018及2020年間3次大鬧立法會，被控襲擊、妨礙或騷擾在會議廳範圍內的議員及干預、騷擾、抗拒或妨礙正在執行職責的立法會人員等多項控罪。分為3案處理，今於西九龍裁判法院再提堂。

林卓廷、郭家麒、尹兆堅及胡志偉主動申請撤銷保釋，獲主任裁判官徐綺薇批准。案件押後至10月4日下午再訊，期間繼續還押候訊。據媒體報道指，眾被告均消瘦不少，其中尹兆堅身形暴瘦，胡志偉形如枯槁。
